Selina has a background in adult social care, and brings extensive and varied experience to the role of Chief Executive of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, having worked for 20 years across a range of high level strategic and operational roles within the NHS, public sector and for a national charity. Most recently, Selina has led the transformation, strategic, operational and partnership agenda for North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT), as its Executive Director of Partnerships.
