Leeds Innovation Village

Leeds Innovation Village

In a major step forward for the UK’s health and life sciences research and development, the city’s teaching hospital site has released a one million square feet innovation-led, mixed use development opportunity in the heart of the city.

This is set to create 4,000 new jobs in health and life sciences and help bring almost £13bn to the regional economy. The site is in a prime location adjacent to the university campuses – giving access to world class health innovation talent and expertise.

Forming an Innovation Village, this is a key site in the city’s Innovation Arc. Comprising four neighbourhoods across the city centre with improved transport and new green space, the Arc will further strengthen collaboration and innovation across the city.
